International Consumer Terms & Conditions
Apply to Orders Originating or to be Shipped Outside the U.S.
Customer/Importer assumes all liability for meeting the regulatory requirements in the country(s) in which they operate. It is the sole responsibility of the Importer of Goods to certify those goods conform to the specific requirements of their market. International shipments are accompanied by a commercial invoice.
WE QUOTE PRICES AND CHARGES BEFORE FULFILLING YOUR ORDER
Upon receipt of your order or request for a price quote, S&S will provide you with a price quote inclusive of freight charges. We will process your order upon receipt of your payment and email agreeing to the quote. Customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage fees. S&S accepts payment via credit card, bank transfer ($25.00 service fee), or money order (in US funds) International credit cards: MasterCard, Visa Discover, and American Express.
The minimum order amount for international orders $200 U.S. not including freight. Orders under $200 will incur a $50 handling fee.
Items coded in our catalog and/or on our web site with the truck icon and perishables, oversized and breakables are not available for international shipment. Other restrictions apply, please contact our international department.
Any damaged goods must be reported immediately upon receipt and inspection. Shipments with visible damages. must be signed for as damaged. Claims must be fully documented and reported within 10 business days. Missing items must be reported within 10 business days
BACK ORDERED ITEMS
S&S will cancel all back ordered items at the point of order entry. You will be notified of any items canceled from your order. Items can be reordered at a future date when inventory is available.
ORDER LEAD TIME
Unless otherwise noted, please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for order processing and delivery. Some products may require additional lead time. You will be contacted when an order is placed for an item requiring additional time.
S&S will offer prepaid (and add) shipping FOB our dock with our preferred carrier (UPS,FEDEX,DHL,EMERY). Orders shipping via the USPS will incur a 15% administrative handling fee. If you prefer your own carrier account, S&S will assess a $10 handling fee per order
